It's possible. A bit unlikely, but definately possible.
Sperm can survive outside of the human body for several mintutes. If your boyfriend put his fingers inside you while the semen on his hands was still alive it is possible that you could get pregnant that way.
Both of you should give your hands a good wash after he orgasms to avoid this. Even simply drying them off well would be something, but washing with soap would kill any semen on your hands.
