Typically females do not reach orgasm through penetration alone. They need clitoral stimulation.
You can try foreplay first, have him help you reach orgasm through oral (typically this is how most females are able to reach orgasm) and then lead into the intercourse.
The intercourse is where he will most likely reach orgasm, and then you can have some good old cuddle time.
