hi , i want to get pregnant but my husband pull out before ejaculates i can not force him but is there any chance i can get pregnant like this

There is a chance but it isn't as large as if he did ejaculate in you.

Regardless, if your husband doesn't want a baby, you shouldn't be trying to get pregnant anyway. You should also be using some sort of contraception. The pull-out method isn't nearly reliable enough.
