What to write on a babysitting flyer? My mom said I could start a babysitting business this summer. I am going to make some poster ads for it. What should I write on the fliers though? I want a good flyer that people will notice and call me about so I can make some money. The only thing I know to put on it is that I can do babysitting. What do I write to get clients?

I think itt is wonderful that you are growing up and desire to work to take care of yourself. It is always a good idea to keep it simple, not too many words. Just let them know that you are three things, if you are of course, and these are: Responsible, Reliable, and of course, the big one, that your rates are reasonable, if you can't truthfully say that they are cheap.
Good luck on your babysiting venture. And please, if you need MOOR advice, let me know. ]
let them no you care about there kids and want to ensure there safty. include your name and how much you charge and if you charge extra for multipl kids. you also want to include if you have taken any babysitting classes and your home phone number also the best times to call. DO NOT INCLUDE- your address, or your age or sex. if they want a boy or a girl they will be able to tell by your name or your voice when you answer the phone. :)
hope that helps <3

The best thing to do is to keep them really simple and clear.
Be sure to include your name, age, sex, when you are available, your rates, a contact number and any qualifications you have - if you haven't got any official qualifications then stating how much experience you have is good, e.g. '5 years experience'. Bear in mind that a short basic first aid or childcare course will really boost your appeal and enable you to charge more. You can find out about these a community centres and in the local paper.
If you have people who can give references for you, it's also a really good idea to say these are available. You don't need to include the details on the flyer, just put 'references available on request' at the bottom.
Here's a basic template you could use:
BABYSITTER AVAILABLE
(Name)
Responsible ??-year-old girl/boy available to babysit evenings and weekends.
Trained first aider
?? years experience
$?? per hour, per child
Contact: ???-???-???
References available on request.
Make the flyers bold and eye-catching but not too garish or childish. Stick to a simple colour scheme and don't be tempted to cover it with pictures or cartoons as this might make you look childish.
If you already babysit for people, it might be a good idea to give them a couple of flyers and ask if they could mention you to their friends.
Be careful where you distribute your flyers - you don't want your name and contact details getting into the wrong hands. ]
