Why does she feel like she's a part of it? Have you been discussing your plans openly in front of her? If you have, then she probably thinks she's been invited, and you're going to need to disinvite her.

The best course of action would be to let her know that this is an old tradition for the three of you, but you'd love to go to the beach with her on Saturday/First day out of school/Some other time. It's nothing against her.

In the future, if you're going to make plans that don't include other people, make sure you keep them a secret until after the fact!

Talk to her and tell her that its a tradition for you three girls to go to the beach, its been that way for a while and you'd like to keep it that way. Tell her its not that yo dont want her not to go its just a tradition you dont want to break. maybe plan something with her over the weekend so she isnt mad at you guys.

Hope i helped (:

tell her like it is. you just want it to be the 3 of you because it's been like that for years. let her know that it's nothing against her and also she has no right to tell other people. sorry. hope i helped a little
