Let's just say she gets mad at him and they break up. Some girls are childish at that age and she can say he raped her or anything of that sort. I think it's best they go their separate ways until she gets older. Hope my advice helped!

Depending on the state someone can't legally consent to sexual relations until the age of 18, Sometimes certain states allow 16. Anyone under the legal age can be charged with statutory rape, Sexual assault etc.

In the USA it is not illegal in most cases. As long as they dont have sexual intercourse it is perfectly fine. That is a felony
