I'm a fourteen year old female. I'm not overweight but I want to get in shape. So I really want to lose weight all over especially in my thighs and legs. So me and my friend are going to walk/jog outside for almost an hour everyday and then swim for 30-60 minutes. Well this eventually get my the results I want? I will pair this with a fair diet.
I don't want to gain muscle and I heard that if you do the same thing everyday you gain muscle not lose weight so what could we do every other day?

hope this helps.

Your muscles may get stronger, especially in your legs, and swimming is a full workout! So, you shouldn't worry that your going to get big muscles doing this. You will see results, definitely, if you keep this up. Probably in about two weeks at most. Don't forget not to deprive yourself. Just try to eat healthier and descent portions. Keep up the good work! Your doing great! :) [ BLONDShorty's advice column | Ask BLONDShorty A Question ]
