juices that make you defecate

i have been extremly contipated and i have a juicer and always juice.

which vegetables/fruit are the best to juice to make you go to the batroom.

i know beets r goodf rot hat but what else?

Take metamucil its got 100% Natural Psyllium Fiber in it. its laxatives and its taste like Oranges its and it helps lower your cholesterol

when you juice, its just the liquid, and the fibre is what'll get you to the bathroom, but the fibre is left in the compartment that you throw away. So just eat fruit- apples are good for fibre, prunes are too. Pineapple also.
