But you want to lose a lot of weight and I usually only reccommend that diet to someone who wants to lose 20 max. So maybe eat a little more protein. You won't lose as fast, but it's healthier.

Workout as much as you like. Aerobic excercise is great for losing the inches. Cut out fast food and junk. Do have a treat from time to time. But try and eat lots of veggies, protein, good stuff, fruit. I have suffered from eating disorders in my youth so I worry about young people going about this (dieting) in unhealthy ways.
