I have a sadness in my heart and I don't know why I cant seem to feel more positive about myself. I wanna be a great mother to my children but fear I am not strong enough to endure all. I love them more than anything in the whole world but that just isn't enough I fear. I don't want to fail them as a mother, I want to be a better person for my partner and I feel lost because I am not happy with myself so how can I make someone else happy. I feel he does not want me anymore. I feel so judged and hate it. I am tired of being so anxious about everything I want peace of mind. Sometimes I want to just live in a bubble and never leave. Why do I feel this way? What is wrong with me? What are steps to improve myself for my family.I have no insurance and unable to seek professional help so I am turning to the web for any suggestions. Thanks (link)

Hope you are feeling better. Is there anything in your community as far as selfhelp groups available? Sometimes hospitals have free groups. Is there a community health center where you can get affordable help? I have that where I live in NH and they have doctors/therepists/help with medication costs if needed. Please look into things if you can. Sounds like you need some help right now. Maybe some depression going on and that can be serious. You are not alone. Good luck-feel free to talk to me if you need a friend.:) I have been through a lot in my life and maybe i can be of some help. I hope so.:)

Hey, I hope u are feelin better:) Life is hard sometimes, especially growing up(teen years/early adulthood). Do you have any support around you? If not try to find some good friends who care about you. You are not alone. If you need to talk with a specialist/doctor/counselor, then you could do that too. There is nothing wrong asking for help. Sounds like you need to talk to someone. I am here if you need to vent. Take care of you.:)

Relax it is ok to be right where you are. I If you feel uncertain, give yourself sometime. I know there is a lot of pressure about these questions when you are young. But not all successful people went to college. I like to think of myself as an entrepeneur and i love it. But growing up I felt pressure to fit in with everybody else. We are not all alike and that is ok. I wish you the best with whatever you do.

Hi There! Please do it safely. No crash dieting. It does not work. Eat balanced meals or small healthy meals throughout the day. Workout as much as you like. Aerobic excercise is great for losing the inches. Cut out fast food and junk. Do have a treat from time to time. But try and eat lots of veggies, protein, good stuff, fruit. I have suffered from eating disorders in my youth so I worry about young people going about this (dieting) in unhealthy ways. I crash dieted and it never worked. Never starve yourself, it leads to binging. goodluck! i am sure you'll do it right.:)

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my hair is healthy or not, or if i'm damaging it too much!
Everyday i get up, shower, wash and condition my hair, blow-dry, then straighten. My hair is naturaly curly and frizzy, so i prefer it straight.
Even though i straighten it everyday, i use a protecting spray, bought from a salon.
The thing is, my mom tells me ALL THE TIME, i'm damaging my hair, and i don't want to be!
Before I started processing my hair often, it was very thick and healthy feeling. Now, it seems it's been thinning around my bangs.
Could this be because of my routine?
If it is, what can i do to change that?
And does anyone know any tricks on how to get thicker nicer hair?
Thanks! :) (link)

Well, The blow drying and straightener is going to damage your hair over time definately and products build up on hair. What i would recommend being a hairdresser at one time is to do moisture/conditioning treatments on your hair or hot oil treatments to put some moisture back into your hair. Also letting you hair go natural sometimes-maybe if you are home for the day or something. Just give it a break.
