i want to get in shape & get this cellulite off my legs. does any one know how to tone my legs & butt? & would it cause me to lose my butt? & also ... i HATE my boobs. they're a c-cup. i just want a b. is there any way to work them out . make them a little less fatty. & lose a little weight there WITHOUT making them saggy?

First you will never get rid of all the cellulite from your legs so don't be alarms. A great exercise for your legs and butt is sprinting. You can also try running stairs.

As for as your boobs since they are mostly fat anyway the only way to get them smaller is to simply lose weight.

You need to run for a 1/2 hour everyday, except for one day a week of your choice. No walking. Walk after. Eventually work it up to 45 minutes, and then to an hour. You will be very sore and not wanting to do it, but if you're committed to toning, it will give you a perfect body. Assuming you're not eating any junk. That kind of ruins the running. try usiing shape up weight loss shoes. I use them ande I have already lost 15 pounds. They truely work, at some stores they are 99 dollars but look for a great deal, i bought mine for 35.

Cycling or walking are the best ways to tone your legs, especially if you do it for transport. The need to get to your destination on time is a great motivation to exercise.

There is no way to target weight loss to a specific part of the body. If you lose weight, some of it may come off your boobs, but you can't count on it. As long as you don't lose weight too quickly, it shouldn't make your boobs saggy.
