will one binge make you gain weight?
ive been on a 1200-1300 calorie diet for a week,a nd i binged today.
i walk twice a day every day,

Try not to binge because after maybe 2-3 days of it you will. I'd be really careful. Eat healthy tomorrow hunny!=]

i want to get in shape & get this cellulite off my legs. does any one know how to tone my legs & butt? & would it cause me to lose my butt? & also ... i HATE my boobs. they're a c-cup. i just want a b. is there any way to work them out . make them a little less fatty. & lose a little weight there WITHOUT making them saggy? You need to run for a 1/2 hour everyday, except for one day a week of your choice. No walking. Walk after. Eventually work it up to 45 minutes, and then to an hour. You will be very sore and not wanting to do it, but if you're committed to toning, it will give you a perfect body. Assuming you're not eating any junk. That kind of ruins the running. Nope. No worries. They will most likely be happy, because they'll feel like you're turned on by them. Would you be upset if the guy you were making out with had a boner? You'd be happy - right? Or at least not mad. Girls get turned on just like guys. It's normal and actually a good thing that you're so wet, because once it's time for the real thing, or fingering, you'll be all ready.
Ps: Imagine how much it would suck if you were not wet? And also - guys are turned on, simply and always by a girl being turned on. Plus inexperience has nothing to do with your horniness. People who have never done anything can just touch themselves and get rid of the horniness. The guy will never know unless you tell them, and still if you did tell them - They'd probably be happy being the first one to touch you there. Who knows. But it's not a bad thing.
