just be nice to him now. say hi etc.. and maybe once you talk more tell him that you're sorry. then he'll know that you at least like him as a friend & then you can give him hints that you fancy him and see what happens.

Mk. I'm pretty sure you were mean to him..because you liked him in some way..Right?
Anyways, I would let him know that I liked him. Guys like to know, when a girl likes them! It makes them kind of nervous and stuff. So let him know :)
