Well I love my boyfriend of 3 yrs next week with all of my heart im 13 and want to do something more than hold hands. I want a more sexual feeling. I get turned on when ever I am with him. BTW I am gonna be at a club meeting and I would like to do it in the van I have 3 questions

Well deary, I do not doubt that you love your boyfriend of three years (and congratulations for being together so long, much longer than most couples your age), however, you are only thirteen. I know that isn't what you want to hear, but believe me, it is what you need to hear. You have so much time for this and a lot of complications can come from trying to get that "sexual feeling" when you're too young or its too soon. The true test to a relationship is waiting, see if your relationship lasts another 3 years and then start thinking about a sexual relationship because you will understand more at that time.
However, I don't think there is anything wrong with kissing or holding each other and those sweet little things you can do to show your love, I just do not recommend anything other than that until you get older.
1. I wouldn't call it odd, but extremely inappropriate at your age. Wait until you get older, this can bring a lot of complications and you both could rush things even more and that's really not a good idea, friend.
2. Assuming this is in general, as I mentioned before -- kissing, holding each other, etc. Those things are really nice to do and are appropriate.
3. Well, you should kiss if him if you like to and I think that's okay for your age. :)

However, Lets back up. You are only 13, You are young. In my opinion a little to young to be thinking about sex. Sex is a very serious thing, It is something you share with someone special, You can see yourself with for a long time. You are only a virgin ONE time, I would wait until you are older.
Anyway, If you DO decide to do it USE A CONDOM!!! Babies are costly and very expensive. Whatever happens don't be fooled by the pull out method either because this is usually why babies are born.
You can spice it up by NOT having sex, You can kiss him, Hold hands, Hug, there are a lot of things you can do WITHOUT having sex.
