Hiar grows a half ince every month, so it may be 2 inches longer by july by just leaving it. Just google "hair growth products"- i wont send you linnks because its easy to google, and im not sure where you live, so i cant really send you links about where to get it from- googling will show you where to get it from online.
Heating tools like straighteners can damage hair, and you certainly dont want this. Use heat protection spray/serum before using heat tools, and try to restrict use to only when you really need to. Use shampoo made for your hair e.g. shampoo for greasy/dry etc hair. Obviousely, you get what you pay for- more expensive salon brands will work better than the 12 bottles for $2 type.

My best advice is to take prenatal vitamins... they improve the quality of your hair and nails and so they grow faster and better. I'm pretty sure theres nothing you can do to make your hair be "very long" just in the next few months, but that's probably your best chance. (and yes, use less heating tools and when you wash your hair, keep it at body temperature... too hot will make it dry and break more).
A shampoo or conditioner wont make it grow faster. Hair grows from the scalp, not from the ends, so the only way to make it grow faster is from the inside of your body, not the ends of your hair. Hence why the vitamins are your best bet. Taking care of your hair right will help it not break, but it wont make it actually grow faster out of your scalp faster. Putting a leave-in conditioner just on your ends would be good to help them keep from breaking, while not weighing down your style. [ laurabell's advice column | Ask laurabell A Question ]
