Wednesday I have an appointment to get a physical at the doctor's for high school.
The problem is I smoked weed on July 4th for the first time and last. And am planning on drinking tonight. So, uhm, is it safe? Will they know something is up? My brother said I won't pass the drug test and I never had to take one in my past. So, help? (link)

I am going swimming tomorrow but I started my period today, a few days earlier than usual. I absolutely refuse to wear tampons for health reasons so please do not just give me that suggestion. No tampons for me, thank you!
My family has been planning this trip to the water park for weeks now and I can't just back out of it right before we go. I thought that maybe I could wear a pad in the pool and everything would be alright. I'm almost 15 and I thought I could maybe meet some boys at the water park this summer so I really want to go and have fun.
Then, I got to thinking, won't the sticky stuff on the bottom of it come loose in the pool water? The adhesive part. I really don't have any experience with this and I really do want to go swimming tomorrow and hang out with some people.
Does anybody know if a pad will come off in the water and float around. That would be embarrassing...

if you get in the water, it seems like the pad will be more visible because your bikini will stick to you more from the water. but you dont get your period while your in the water.. its like shut down mode. Pretty much everyone I know doesnt get it in the water, but its possible i guess. I know you dont want to use a tampon, but its only that day right..

okay so
im going to be a senior next year at highschool,
but i went to a club last night with fake ids...and some of my friends knew the bouncers and stuff so like yeah
i was only going to enjoy the night since its summer time!
so i danced with couple of guys and one of them was really cute
he asked for my number so i gave it to him altho i was a bit scared of telling a total stranger my number..
then he texted me and did not seem like a bad guy at all
it really sounded like he wanted to see me later on, eat together youknow, not like a one night stand shit or whatever
i had to lie to him that im 18 and going to college next fall, but im actually 17.
he wants to see me this weekend eat and watch movies or something - (so sweet)
i do want to go, but i've never lied to person this much! my age and that im going to college soon? should i just tell him now that im actually a senior? or tell him after we meet and see if he still wants to see me again...

You already set yourself up in a lie, a big one at that. I would just not talk to this guy. I'm assuming hes older than 18, and might not want to be with someone under 18, especially if they started off lying. So you could tell him the truth,but that'll be awkward.

Being a 16 year old girl turning 17 in two months, and still a virgin, and also the kind of girl people assume have had sex, I'm definitely not comfortable with my lack of experience, and can't come up with any reasons why I havn't had sex except for, well, it just hasn't HAPPENED.
So I'm interested to know what other girls my age think. Have you had sex or are you a virgin? If you're a virgin, what are your reasons and how do you feel about it? If you've had sex, how did you lose your virginity, what is your sex life like now and how do you feel about it?
A lot of detail (though obviously I'm not asking for anything too personal or graphic, just your thoughts on the subject) because I really hate being a virgin at my age, and would like to know what your views are.

16f, and I lost it at 16. The guy i was with is just a guy I was talkin to and happened to go a little too far with. I didnt have any emotion toward it after. I wasnt mad or sad or happy or glad. But I expected to feel some sort of emotion, it just felt like something I could do everyday, like it was just a normal thing and not a big deal at all that I just lost my virginity. So i was like whats the fuss about all of that, it was simple.
I dont know how else I could have been ready for it. I just wish that him and I were in a relationship. I dont feel like "omg i wish i never did that" I just feel like wow I should have been smarter and thought about what was really going to happen and then decided. I was exactly the same as you [in your description of yourself..like EXACTLY. and my advice is that you dont want it to just "happen"...it should be someone you love or at least reallly like and are in a relationship with, because people handle things different, so you might be emotionless afterwards like me. Also, I think after we had sex, it pushed us apart abit, more fights and drama. Everyone just needs to take their time and do it when they're ready. And be safe, use a condom use birth control. I wasnt completely safe, so I was also very nervous after. Dont put yourself through that. Just because every other 16 yr old girl is running around all "experienced" doesnt mean you have to be.. take your time and let things progress when you are ready and even if you are ready, it could be that you just havnt found the right person, so just keep waiting. =]

I would think this through first, and definitely do not include your face in the picture. do it where you feel comfortable, in your bedroom. but if you dont feel comfortable sending the pic or have to think twice then I would wait until you do.

doing it all in one day can be overwelming, try just making out. then hang out with him again and let things progressively go further, but afterwards you might not feel good about yourself, so really think it through first. Don't let this guy just think your willing to do anything and your like a piece of meat.

I'm 16, and I'm about to start birth control. my main concern with it, is that ill develop more acne, and gain weight. is it true that that happens to everyone? or is it just a something you have to base on genes? i have sentitive skin, and i don't exercise at all. if i started exercising could that help the weight gain? and what could i do to make sure i don't get bad acne while i'm on the pill? thank you! :) (link)

I thought it was said that birth control actually helps acne. I experience some weight gain, but that depends on the person and also just your eating habits. Definitely exercise to cross out this possibility. If you dont use any acne products, you could start to, but not because of the birth control, just because its good to take care of your skin.

I've tried the frozen spoon under the eyes trick. Put spoon in freezer for a few hours, then put it under your eyes.. its helped me.

lol yeah you should start off by using pads, and when your comfortable try using a tampon, because they are much better. for now, try different absorbencys for pads, there are heavy, regular, and thin and ultra thin pans, all depends on your period.

Believe it or not,, alot of people havnt experienced their first kiss at 16, or had a relationship. If they did who is to say is was amazing and all it seems to be. Take your time, and find the right person, know what you want before you go looking, and wise up a bit so you dont go making silly teenage mistakes. You might do better than the other people who have all that drama and lose their virginity rather early and get pregnant. At least you know none of that can happen.

Its better than going alone.. after you want to check your makeup and hair and ask your friends opinion on it.
Bra and Panties is a more private thing, bikinis are worn at beaches and out in public..where as bras are seen by only the girl and whoever she is comfortable showing. Its more private and sexual.
Maybe not all girls notice a guys boner, but it depends on the boner, and on the girl staring.. but usually i notice.

Seasonique.. or the generic brands of seasonique and seasonale. 4 periods and year and they are lighter and shorter. I love it ! [but this type of pill increases the chance of spotting between periods and should decrease over time =[ but depending on your body, it is worth the wait.
