Also keep in mind that if you're whining and yelling and complaining about it, they're going to be less likely to buy it for you. If you're calm and mature while asking, they may hear you out.

If i could afford it my 6 year old would have a cell phone with the way the schools are now a days. Tell them about that shooting that just happened in Flordia. (i think it was flordia) and that shooting snday in Cali.tell them when your out you would like to be able to get ahold of them. things like that.show them your responisble. youll do more around the house keep your grades up. Then use a friends phone, and tell them you had a hard time getting a hold of them because you had no way to. Just do that a lot.
