I have heard or allergies to marijuana. It's apparently rare but possible. I know that with many things, you can be allergic to it but not show symptoms for a while. For example, poison ivy. The chances of you breaking out with a rash increase every time you're exposed to it. I tromped through the stuff many times as a kid and never had a reaction. Three summers ago I encountered it while doing to weeding for my aunt and I ended up in the hospital. Point is, if you think you're allergic then you need to stay away from it until you know for sure so whatever reaction you're having doesn't get worse and land you in the hospital or something (and I don't know how you'll find out seeing as it isn't legal.)

Pot is marijuana. Marijuana is a drug. Drugs are substances that affect the way your body functions.

There is your background on marijuana.

IT is possible to be allergic to anything, if you spend TOO MUCH TIME near it. Technically, you can be allergic to air, but depending on your genes, fortunately not. If you feel that you are allergic to "pot", then I suggest you first find out if medicinal marijuana is legal on the state/country you live in. If yes, go to your local physician and ask if they can run allergy tests for marijuana. That's basically all I can say for you, because I have never heard of an allergy to marijuana, but there is a chance.

i don't do drugs, but i know people who do, and to see if theyre allergic before smoking it, they rubbed it on their skin, and if they have a reaction close to poison ivy occur, than youre allergic.. if nothing happens, then youre cleared.
and if you do smoke it if youre allergic to it, than you will get flu-like symptoms, and possibly some paranoia.
but if youve been in a room full of people smoking pot and youve had no reaction, than yes, youre more than likely not allergic to it.
hope i helped, xxo.
