Question Posted Saturday February 13 2010, 1:30 am
Ok, so in my sleep I moan really sexually, really loudly and I toss and turn a lot and I don't sleep consistently...
Like, I'll get a few hours(if that) at a time, then I wake up abruptly then can't get back to sleep for hours...
Is there anything I can do or take to fix this because it's really giving me the shits and it freaking my boyfriend out a little.

If you can bear the moaning for a couple of more days, then you can try to sleep more. Or if you're really desperate, pop a pill and an extra, (just not enough to kill you, but to knock you out. a 1/2 more is usually enough) or visit a doctor to conduct sleep studies.

But if that doesn't seem to work, you should contact your doctor or someone you trust for medical advice.
