we all are genetically programmed to stop growing after puberty. This usually happens after the age of 16. You are at your tallest when you first wake up but as the day goes by you go down to your average height. Sleeping really does help you grow but if you don't sleep well then it can stunt your growth. ]
Apparently some growth or perhaps even a lot of growth occurs during your sleep so insufficient sleep would probably slow it down a bit. So i guess yes but you can check the internet for more information or ask a doctor or something if your really interested in knowing. :) ]
Sleeping less may stunt your growth, but sleeping more will not make you grow taller. There isn't really a direct correlation with sleep and growth. Sleeping well means the person is healthy and has the right conditions to grow to his/her potential. (along with other factors, of course, like a good diet) There's no right answer to this. Sleep does help someone grow, I guess. ]
