get your bellybutton pierced. its what you want and what you like. all he has to do is like you, its a small piercing, it wont change who you are and barely your appearance, he will get over it. get that pierced!

i say, if its your body, then you should go for it if its something you really want to do. but, if his opinion matters a lot to you, talk to him about it. ask him why he doesnt like it and would he be mad if you got it done. maybe you could offer for him to come with you and hold your hand while you get it done. thats what my boyfriend did and he felt a little more comfortable with it. dont let people control you. its your body and you can do whatever you choose.

if his opinion matter a lot to you then maybe you should rethink about getting it done. yes, it is your body and you should be able to do whatever you want with it, and i think this is exactly why your boyfriend told you to do whatever you want. he didn't want to sound like he was too controlling. maybe just take a little more time to think if it's really something you wanna get done.

Well in my opinion is that its your body, you can do what you want to it... But I would also care about my boyfriends opinion, maybe you should ask him why he doesn't like it.
And you can always wait to get it pierced..

if it matters to you then dont get it done.he said you can do whatever you want because he doesnt want to show that hes controlling you but if you get it done and knew that he doesnt like it then it could hurt his feelings because you didnt repect his opinion..or it could even put him off
