Amazing_April answered Tuesday January 5 2010, 1:58 pm: It's most likely a cyst. A cyst is just a pocket of fluid. I had one and it popped on it's own. If you want to pop it on your own be sure it's ready or you're gonna be in a world of hurt! Soak in a hot bath to soften it up, then push on both sides of it. Nasty stuff should come out after that.
It could also be and ingrown hair(ouch!)
If it is, pick at it until you can see the hair then remove it with tweezers. Then put some peroxide on it and you should be good to go. [ Amazing_April's advice column | Ask Amazing_April A Question ]

From experience, There are only two things I can say that it is. One is that if you have shaved down there than it could be a bad hair falicule or two it just could be a zit. That can happen, believe me. They can get really big, it's not good to mess with them and if it is a zit it can take a very long time to go down or go away completely. If it urts don't mess with it. They can both pop so just work at it or leave it alone, but don't infect it. [ inevitable_pain16's advice column | Ask inevitable_pain16 A Question ]
