How Do I Grow Taller?
Well Im Actually Really Short, Everyone says that plus dey allwaiz tease me bout it. So i wanna grow Taller but i dont know how, I've alwaiz wanted to be tall. If Therez A Easy But Effective Way to grow (female, teens), would you please let me know. I've tried lots of things, but now i'm desperate. If theres certain things i could eat/drink, or certain things i should do it would really help, plus if you have any ideas in how you can that would b a help too. Thanks

there isn't a way to grow taller. you can wear high heels lol that's probably it. accept it too tall is bad because most guys thinks it's cute when a girl is shorter. :)

Sorry to break it to you but there is no way you can make yourself tallerrr . I'm 13 in the 8th grade and am 4"11 , I recently went to an endocrinologist because my parents were concerned why I have grown since 6th grade , they thought I had growing problem but it turns out I didn't . My doctor said I'm short because I started my period early and 2 years after you start you pretty much are done growing , so imma be 4"11 for the rest of my life .

Your height is basically pre-determined by your genes, so there isnt much you can do. The crucial time is when you are a baby until when you hit puberty. A good diet is essential to maximizing your height growth.
If you are medically under the average, there are growth hormones doctors prescribe in some cases, but mainly for genetic diseases and they have to be used in a certain age group. I don't believe you need to go that far.
I know you feel self-concious, but try not to be. Your a girl, so your femininity isn't being challenged by your height. A lot of guys don't like dating girls taller then they are, so you probably won't ever have that problem. In fact, guys like small and petite girls.
You can ask your friends not to tease you, but they probably aren't doing it to mean.
Try your best to accept this, even though it may take time. We were all made the way we are for a reason.
In the mean time, get some heels! Unlike tall girls, you can wear super high heels without towering over everyone.

Dear "How Do I Grow Taller?"
Okay so listen up. I'm about eh 5"7 and I hate being tall... I like the long legs and stuff but personally I wish I was about three inches shorter. You don't know how much fun it ISN'T to go up to a group of guys and be like their height. It makes you feel... I dunno, unfeminine... I've always envied those cute little pixie girls that are all tiny and adorable and I've always felt like this awkward ugly giant around them.
Hahah okay, so this little rant has a point, I promise. The point is, everyone has something they wish they didn't and see some one else that has what they want. Everyone has SOMETHING about them they wish they could change and the fact is, even if you DO change it you're only going to find something else to hate. It's just the way humans are. But, you can try to look past it. You can try to look on the bright side of being short, which are all the qualities I just described. You can wear heels to a dance! Haha, well so can I (my boyfriend is six feet tall) but still, there are pleeenty of good things about being short, most of them being the ones I just mentioned. If you can try to look past what you hate and even find an advantage you're gonna get by a lot easier. :)

I hate to break it to you,but there isnt any possible way of making yourself taller. Im a whopping 5'2 and im alot shorter than most of my friends and family. I used to always get teased about it,but they werent really trying to be mean. The only probable solution for what youre going through is learn to accept your body and be happy about it. We were all created uniquely. Some of us are big,some of us are small,Some of us are short,and some of us are tall. Everyone is beautiful in their own little ways. And there are a few perks that come with being short,(: And hey...some guys even like short girls!
Remember that before others can see how great of a person you are,you must first become comfortable with yourself!
