Well Im Actually Really Short, Everyone says that plus dey allwaiz tease me bout it. So i wanna grow Taller but i dont know how, I've alwaiz wanted to be tall. If Therez A Easy But Effective Way to grow (female, teens), would you please let me know. I've tried lots of things, but now i'm desperate. If theres certain things i could eat/drink, or certain things i should do it would really help, plus if you have any ideas in how you can that would b a help too. Thanks (link)

Sorry to break it to you but there is no way you can make yourself tallerrr . I'm 13 in the 8th grade and am 4"11 , I recently went to an endocrinologist because my parents were concerned why I have grown since 6th grade , they thought I had growing problem but it turns out I didn't . My doctor said I'm short because I started my period early and 2 years after you start you pretty much are done growing , so imma be 4"11 for the rest of my life .

btw: it's okay being I get teased all the time but I learn to laugh it offf, it's not that big of a deal ! (; just learn to live with it
