Something conservative but cute. A cute shirt with a sweater, jeans, flats, and jewelry is a safe bet. Do something with your hair- straighten, curl, or half up.
Make sure your makeup is natural looking.

wear something comfortable and something that is you. when i first met my fiances parents i was wearing capri pants and a tank top and my hair was in a pony tail lol. it was comfy and it was me.

You're lucky you get to prepare yourself for meeting them.
I met my boyfriend's parents after a long night of drinking (he had a casual drinking night the previous night, but his parents left before I arrived) I was hungover, wearing his boxers and t-shirt...
Fortunately they are laid-back and still seem to like me :D
Wear something casual but appropriate; like a nice but casual shirt and a pair of nice jeans (not scruffy or ripped) Make sure you feel comfortable and be yourself :)

Anything. Don't dress too slutty. But don't go over the top like you are trying to impress them. I would wear jeans, a nice shirt, maybe even a cardigan depending on the shirt.
Just look presentable, but not over the top.
Be yourself, they will be very open knowing that their son likes you. If you try to impress them they won't like you and deam you as fake.
