my best advice is that you should take him to a vet immidiately because you may not know what will happend next thats what I would do to my cats at home

i would definitely recommend taking your furry friend to the vet, theyl know exactly what to do!
But if you dont feel like taking him/her to the vet,i would at least go out and purchase some time of eye drops that will help reduce the redness.

xoxo,taylor.
