I doubt it, but they may check your financial background to see if you're able to take care of the kid. But I doubt it. They don't charge kids to your credit card. I don't think your credit would affect it, but your financial decisions might.

i think with adoption you need to have a stable career, money coming in, place to live etcbecause they look into all that.it may affect you unless youv paid the money back

Usually it only prohibits buying automobiles and cell phone usage plans. It shouldn't.
