shaved vagina?
Hi!
I need to know if I should shave my vagina. I am old enough and when I asked my mom she said I needed to make up my own mind because it was a lot of work to keep it shaved. I guess the real questions I have are is shaved vagina cleaner and do guys like me to have a shaved vagina?
Does anyone else shave "down there?"

Most girls; Such as my self do shave down there. Boys are different. Some like it, some dont. Your mom is right; It is hard work cause it grows back pricklyy. When/If you shave down there be sure too put HOT water on it too help heal the razor bumps. Let me know how it goes!

To your real questions, guys definitely prefer shaved, and it can be much cleaner. It can be some work to maintain, but over all, it is more hygienic and feels and looks more pleasant to guys.

Um I would not completely shave it if you don't have a boyfriend who is going to see it. Definitely trim it, but a complete shave is so unnecessary, and such a hassle. I would shave the bikini area so nothing sticks out of your underwear and leave the rest alone. It is really annoying shaving all the time. You will get irradiation no matter what you do. And actually it is more sanitary to have pubic hair because it diverges the sweat away from your genitals. Anyway its up to you, most guys like it shaven. They wont have a big problem with stubble, but a bush would freak them out.

it really depends...
if its summer- i do because i love to go to the beach and swimming, and its embarassing if you don't shave it and then show it.
if its winter- i dont really want to because i'm either too lazy, or its not worth it because its not like i'm going to show it to anyone.
or....
if i have a boyfriend (i'm not getting into the topic) and he's going to see it, i'll ask him what he prefers.
ps: its not really a big deal. so don't think its the end of the world if you do or don't do it.
