Okay, I am 16 yrs of age, male, and im about 5'9. I'm very concern because most of my friends are taller than me and I am started to worry that i have stopped growing. The question I am trying to get at is am I going to grow anymore, how can I increase my height, should I stop eating junk food? Also my father is about 6'3.

At 16, you still have a little wriggle room. As your father is tall, it's not completely unlikely that you'll gain a few inches. I have several male friends that went from being average to pretty tall around your age. The fact that your father is tall is another good sign, so don't give up hope just yet.
I do sympathise entirely. I'm 18 and only 5'0". I was blessed with short parents so I'm unlikely to get much taller. Unfortunately for both of us, aside from learning to walk in heels, there isn't anything you can do to increase your height. For now you just need to wait it out. Even if you don't turn out to be a giant, remember it's not the end of the world. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]
