what are some good/cheap ways to decorate for halloween? like my front yard, steps leading upstairs to my home, driveway even inside my home
and perhaps some good ideas for foods incase i have a party? thanks!

for food , orange food dye is the best. make orange cookies, orange punch...etc. i think you get the idea.

For example, you could have kids stick their hands in a box and have spaghetti and say it's intestines and use jello for brains. As for decorations, you could use the typical cobwebs on your house or having a ghost hanging somewhere. If you have a mailbox, use a fake hand to hang out of it.
