how do i get my book published?

i live in florida and have a book i wrote (my first)
where do i go to get it published or who can i contact?

you need to research literary agents. i am doing the same thing for my book. you need to find an agent and research them. then theyll tell you how to send in a query letter and synopsis. you have to meet that specific agents guidelines. try going to writers net or google literary agents

Sometimes when you get a book at a library or something there will be information about the publisher on the first page you contact them. I'm pretty sure they will want a little bit of money to publish it though
