Adults slow down a little O.K. a lot in the exersice department.
So I can suggest a few things however always healthy. in a nut shell go for a
Breakky- fibre diet cerial (not crap rubbish cerial) but say sanitarium weetbix lots of fibre
aphidophilus yogurt shakes with friut like banana vanilla essance ice cubes not milk.
If you have a juice extractor do the juice thing with vegies and friut combinations anything you can find that taste yum together. There are lots of juicing site on google. buy a bag of ice and suck on an ice cube if you feel peckish. soon the water will fill your tummy you cannot compress water I learnt that in science. always have dinner make it lean meat white has less fat but red is important too it builds muscle. I can sugest some power walking if you can carry small wieghts 2lb in each hand is benificial. Without exercersise your skin goes loose & flabby this looks worst than plump. all i did was eat what i usually ate but in smaller serves and excersised for 1 hour 3 times a day. even if its running jogging skipping tredmil walking gym- anything as long as you are moving and your heart iis getting a workout. [ imawesome63's advice column | Ask imawesome63 A Question ]
