16f and sometimes I have these weird feelings that I want to get married like when im 18. And lately theyve been getting worse.. Ive been thinking that I want to have a baby.. like now. Ill daydream and think about how horrible it would be but how cute the baby would be and with the guy that I am about to be going out with. Its creeping me out that I feel this way. I was just wondering if someone could explain kind of like why I feel this way.

Odds are- If you get pregnate. The guy will leave you. Most 18 year old boys aren't ready to man up and make the decision of being a father. Think about maybe waiting a couple years. I'd save yourself until you got married. That'd be horrible to become pregnate and get married to someone that wouldn't commit. Maybe you feel this way because your excited. Graduate and make something out of your life, Then start a family.

Your just a little ahead of your time thats all. Just cause you want a family now doesn't mean there is something wrong with you a lot of girls go through it, you just need to be smart about it. Wanting and having are two different things so you might want to hold off on the baby. Just try to stay focused and eventually you will get what you want just make sure it's when you can take care of the baby and when your with the right guy.

Believe me when I say you do not want a baby. You do understand that they're not cute & cuddly forever? That they do grow up & get to have minds of their own and have behavior, right?
Children are lots of money. You are still a baby. Having kids now will only damage you. I'm pretty sure that if you had a kid at your age, the father wouldn't stick around. 2 of my cousins were/are teen moms, and the fathers aren't around anymore. Why? Because the fathers didn't feel like growing up & taking responsibility. What makes you think the boy you're about to start dating will?
Don't have sex. Don't have children. Keep your legs closed, graduate from high school, go to college & get yourself a career before you think about having children. A child right now will only hurt you.

hey im 18/f and ive been through that before i actually just got over it. Think about all the prices it cost to have a baby and school etc. They are VERY cute but when it all comes down to it its not about how cute the baby is its about if you can give the baby what it needs and they are very expensive which im sure you know that and im not going to give you a lecture about anything because im sure you've heard it all before. Its basically going through the wanting a baby stage. Alot of people go through it.
