Hello im 18/f and i went on birth control last year. I brought it up to my mom casually, she didnt know i was sexually active so i told her that my periods were irregular and i wanted them to be regular, also i had really bad cramps so birth control helped me with that. If they know you're sexually active just tell her what u said in the question. That you just want to be safe im sure she'll want you to be safe too! Good luck!

I just went for an interview and everything seemed like it went really well. The hiring manger seemed to really like me and appreciate my experience and personality. After the interview was finished, she told me that there was just one more step, a pre-employment drug test. I told her I could infact do it the same day and she said that after I take the test (which was across town.) that they would e-mail her the results right after and she would give me a call. I know my drug test was negative, I mean c'mon! lol But the problem is its almost 6:00pm and the drug test was at 1:00 today! The hiring manager STILL has not called! Would they seriously waste money on me taking a drug screen if they were not intending on hiring me?! I'm kind of a worry wart, so to speak, and I am just freaking out a little.. (link)

Hello my friend actually was freaking out about the same thing. He knew his test was going to be negative but they just hadnt called him. It could have slipped her mind or else maybe the drug center was booked up and couldnt process your results right away. I wouldnt worry sometimes it may take up to a week or so. Good luck :)

16f and sometimes I have these weird feelings that I want to get married like when im 18. And lately theyve been getting worse.. Ive been thinking that I want to have a baby.. like now. Ill daydream and think about how horrible it would be but how cute the baby would be and with the guy that I am about to be going out with. Its creeping me out that I feel this way. hey im 18/f and ive been through that before i actually just got over it. Think about all the prices it cost to have a baby and school etc. They are VERY cute but when it all comes down to it its not about how cute the baby is its about if you can give the baby what it needs and they are very expensive which im sure you know that and im not going to give you a lecture about anything because im sure you've heard it all before. Its basically going through the wanting a baby stage. Alot of people go through it.

Hey i had the same problem when i first started using tampons. I tried multiple times and just couldnt seem to get it in right. First make sure your relaxed and i would recommend sitting down while doing it and spread your legs. If your hymen isnt broke it may hurt at first because you're in a sense trying to break the skin. Just the key is to relax, put it in at an angle like it says on the box and slide it in.

Is he your real brother? I would sit down with both of your parents and your brother and just tell them how you feel. Tell them that you are pregnant and you want to keep the baby. They may freak out and possibly start crying but after it all boils down they may actually be supportive. Just sit down and tell them, i would definetly make sure your brothers there though like i said before. Good luck with everything and the pregnancy :)

Hello im 18/f and i've been on birth control for about 2 years now. When i went for my appointment they told me to wait about a month. Just to make sure it was fully in your system. It doesnt matter when you have sex the risks are still there. People can even get pregnant when they're on their period and have sex. But you sound like you got a good head on your shoulders and you know what to do. So i would suggest waiting a month and then go from there :)

This actually happens to my sister alot. What she does is she puts laundry detergent on her pants and scrubs the stain before washing. Then she washes them. If it doesnt come out then i would suggest using bleach for colors. Good luck :)

I went to my first gynecological appointment last week and they did a pelvic pap smear on me to make sure everything is working right. They said they will be testing for abnormal cervical cells and making sure I don't have something cancerous or whatever. Anyway, like I said, this was my first doctor's appointment like this and I was wanting to know about how long until I get the results from the tests? I forgot to ask the doctor and now I feel weird calling to just say, "Hey, when do I find out if I have abnormal vaginal cells?" hah THANKS (link)

Hey i had my first pap smear last month. It took about 2 weeks for my results. If everything is normal then im not sure if the doctor will call you. But if they do call you reguardless they'll let u know what they found and what they think.
