I am 3 1/2 months pregnant and most days except like once in a while i am always aggervated or angry. very irritable is this normal

You do have some changing hormones. Even so, always being angry isn't what I would consider to be "normal". Consult your doctor about this. If you don't have an appointment soon, call the doctors office and tell the nurse what is going on.
