Im 15, am i pregnant?
Hey, im a 15 year old girl, and i made a mistake. I have been dating my boyfriend for 2 years. I finally agreed to have sex with him. I got my period august 19th, and stopped bleeding on the 26th. On the 27th, i had sex with him. We used a condom, and i dont think it broke, but it is possible, and i know its really early, but ive felt weird. I have been tired a lot, my boobs are sore, and ive felt nauseous for all of today and yesterday.I have been a vegetarian for 5 years, and suddenly, for the first time im craving meat, and also fatty foods. I am irritable, and i feel like im pmsing, but its impossible because i just finished my period like 10 days ago...Is it possible i could be pregnant? When can i take a pregnancy test? I live in New York, and if i am pregnant, would it be possible to get an abortion without my parents ever knowing? Thank you so much.

okay first off if you are pregnant, you can in fact get an abortion without parental permission. Its your body, and your baby, you have the choice whether or not you want to have it, if your parents say no to abortion, that wont disable you from getting one.
Second of all:
sex= possible pregnancy
sex+condoms= possible pregnancy
sex+condoms+the pill= possible pregnancy
yes it is possible that you are pregnant.

Yes, you could be pregnant. You can't take a pregnancy test until the day of your missed period. I know that doesn't help, but for now, all you can do is wait. You might be, you might not be- this happens to pretty much every girl and it could just be you freaking yourself out...sometimes once you start thinking/worrying about something a lot, you'll start feeling the symptoms or notice things that might not have anything to do with pregnancy. Usually symptoms wouldn't occur this early anyway. I've had almost the same thing happen and it was nothing.
Your best option is to look up the number of your local Planned Parenthood and make an appointment, they offer counseling services and can help you out a lot more than someone online can. You can also ask them your questions about abortion. While you are at Planned Parenthood, I also recommend getting on hormonal birth control. It'll help you worry less (a lot less can go wrong than with condoms) and there's really no such thing as being too safe.

I finally manned up and took a test today, and I'm pretty lucky because I'm not pregnant.
I had a lot of the symptoms you're describing - except I also missed my period (Which REALLY freaked me out). And really, I didn't even miss it; it was late and when I finally got it, it was just a little bit of spotting.
I freaked myself out into thinking I was pregnant. I felt nausea, craving certain foods, etc, etc. I feel like I had a few of the major symptoms because I scared myself into thinking I was pregnant.
You used a condom and don't believe it broke - well that's good. Try to keep your hopes up (stress and freaking out will do nothing but delay your period and freak you out more).
Wait to see if you miss your period this month. If so, buy a 3-pack test. Take one when you realize you've missed your period. If it comes out negative, relax. If you're still worried, wait about 10 days and take a second test. Still negative? Save the final test for the following period - if you have it, GREAT! If not, take it again. Still negative? Still missing your period? Then go ahead and go to the doctor. Tell your parents you're not feeling well, but when they take you to the doctor, ask if you can go in by yourself.
I'm from NY, and I understand the laws you're worried about. However, I moved to NC when I was a kid, so I also know our laws. I'm not sure about abortion laws in NY, but where I live now, you only have to be 16 to go in without a parent/guardian (although they strongly recommend one).
When you go to the doctor, they are lawfully required to keep everything confidential, even from your parents - doesn't matter how old you are. If you tell your doctor that you don't want your parents to know you're sexually active or that you're there because you think you may be pregnant, your doctor CAN NOT tell your parents.
If you want to go on birth control, you can tell your mom that your periods are extremely bad, horrible cramps, etc. Tell your doctor that you really want it for protection. Your doctor can't tell your parents. In fact, you could probably get your doctor in trouble if they were to tell your parents without your permission.
I went to get a physical when I was still underage. My mom even came in the room with me. Before the doctor would ask me if I was sexually active, she told my mom to leave the room. My mother wasn't happy about it, but the doctor respected my rights to confidentiality.

I am going to suggest taking a pregnacy test, If you want an accurate result wait 2 weeks. As far as abortion goes, No there is no way to get around it without your parents knowing about it. For starters, Abortion is surgery and you are a minor. Doctors will need your parents permission to operate not too mention there will more than likely be papers your parents will have to sign.

heyy have your nipples changed colour?like have they darkened in colour??im sorry but i think you are pregnant. if these symptoms are correct it sounds like you are.
if you wanted to get an abortion youll need someones consent over the age of 18 not too sure about the laws in new york so just double check. i know there are helplines that are confidential that you can call and ask for advice..go to your clinic and look at the pamflets.
pregnancy tests can be taken up to 5 days before a missed period or 2 days after conception (after the egg has been fertilized) goodluck im here for you if you have any more questions
