Chakra

Question Posted Wednesday September 2 2009, 10:18 pm

I was just wondering if there is such a thing as chakra. I know it may just be in Naruto and shows like that, but i was wondering if it's real. If it is, how do you know what type you have? THANKS

I'm not sure exactly what chakra applies to on Naruto, but in spiritual beliefs, there are 7 areas in the body labelled as different chakras; they are believed to radiate energy. They are assigned to the colors of the rainbow (R.O.Y. G. B.I.V., going up)... (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet) ... there is a violet crown chakra above the head, an indigo third eye chakra where the "third eye" should be, a blue throat chakra, a green (or some believe it is pink) heart chakra, a yellow solar plexus chakra, an orange spleen chakra, and a red root chakra at the base of the spine. There are beliefs that include meditation for the unlocking of chakras, or the balancing of chakras...

Although in the Naruto cartoon I'm sure that chakra has something to do with a projection of energy, and in that way it wouldn't be real; but for the spritual magick practitioners (those who practice witchcraft or something by a different name but is similar), I think that the beliefs of the awareness of the balance of the 7 chakras; which is probably primarily used for inner peace attainment and probably physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness; can come into play in projections of energy and "spell casting"; which wouldn't be how you might imagine (not like television, movie, or otherwise fictional depictions of it), but none the less, it a reality for those who are so inclined to use it.

ok,.. that was probably confusing... =p

No, Chakra is not real or based on anything actual.

-EDIT-
Naruto is a FICTIONAL anime. It's not real by any means. I gave you the truth and you rated me a one?
In your feedback you said it is real, if you think it's real, whch it's not, why on Earth would you ask the question?
This so called website you spoke of about it, is obviously a fake -made-for-fun website. Many Naruto fans make fictional websites about the how.

Go read a book. Ask a doctor. Chakara IS NOT real.
-END EDIT-

Definatly not real.
