tampons
(sorry if this is gross :( )
i feel so stupid. i cannot for the life of me put a tampon in.
im 16 and ive had my period for three or four years and i keep trying but i cant get the applicator in more than halfway. i know HOW to put one in but it just wont go in! any advice on how to make this easier? thanks

Make sure you're using the smallest size tampon available. Don't start with bigger sizes, because it won't work.
Then, like Christina said, make sure you're relaxed. If you're tense, you won't be able to put it in.

You're probably not relaxed enough. The less relaxed you are, the harder it'll be for the tampon to go in, and the more painful it'll be. If it doesn't go in the first time, don't get discouraged & huffy. Just try again & keep trying until you get it. It takes a few tries. You won't always get it on the first one. :)
It also could be the size of the tampon as well. Try a smaller size (for a light flow, or for a moderate flow - so light or regular tampons).
