2 a days I play volleyball in college and we have 2 practices a day & conditioning after the last practice. we have about an hour & a half in between practices...I'm wondering what is the best thing to do between the practices in order to have the most energy for the next practice.

Take a power nap. 20-30 minutes max, and it will give you a burst of energy for practice :)
Also, take a cold shower after practice to keep you awake.
Make sure you're eating healthy, too. If you eat a ton of junk food, you're not going to have a lot of energy.

You can either drink an energy drink, or a 5 hour energy shot. ]
Water is a good idea to drink inbetween practices.(:
But when you are planning on doing an activity you dont always want to eat before it; this might cause side aces=/.
I would suggest bringing water and an energy bar?
They keep you going(:

goodluck! ]
since you have two practices fairly close together, the best way to gain energy for the 2nd practice, is to RELAX.
if you continue to work out after your first practice is over, then you are more likely to be more tired for the 2nd practice.
in between, sit down, drink lots of water, and if you are hungry, eat something light, like an apple or banana.
this will recharge you for the next pract.
hope this helps! =]
