I play volleyball in college and we have 2 practices a day & conditioning after the last practice. we have about an hour & a half in between practices...I'm wondering what is the best thing to do between the practices in order to have the most energy for the next practice.
AskSidney111 answered Monday August 10 2009, 1:38 pm: Water is a good idea to drink inbetween practices.(:
But when you are planning on doing an activity you dont always want to eat before it; this might cause side aces=/.
I would suggest bringing water and an energy bar?
They keep you going(:

if you continue to work out after your first practice is over, then you are more likely to be more tired for the 2nd practice.
in between, sit down, drink lots of water, and if you are hungry, eat something light, like an apple or banana.
