Anyway, nope. 0% chance of pregnant if you swallow the ejaculation fluid (cum). The GI system (gastrointestinal system) is not directly connected with the reproductive tract; there's no way you can get pregnant by swallowing the ejaculation fluid.
BUT WATCH OUT FOR STDs (sexual transmitted diseases). If he has any STD (such as herpes 1 and 2, HPV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.) you may get infected, too. So be careful with that.
