You simply talk to him about it, so you can both find ways to solve the problem.
Could be just the fact things are a bit "routine" and need spicing up a little bit. Communicate with him, let him know how you feel - he might feel the same way.
Then, make plans together, so you can both have a bit of fun. You don't need to spend a lot of money, just see each other (movie, shopping, bake cakes/cook, bowling, picnic, walks, bike rides, anything!)
Good luck.

what most people fail to do is simply tell the truth. Call or meet her for lunch and tell her how you feel. Let her know how much she means to you and ask her the same question you stated here.
If after doing that and things still feel the same, it could be you are both involved in other things at the time. This doesn't mean you are not still best friends. Best friends accept each other no matter whats going on in your lives and sometimes you wont be a part of that. Trusting that bond you have with each other even though you're not spending as much time with each other. when the time comes to connect again, it'll be like no time has passed at all.

ask her if she wants to get coffee or something. that brings back alot of time to talk and its worked for me so why not give it a try? :)
