M&M don't have eggs in them do they?

My brother had a bag of M&M's laying near his bed, so I looked at it. From what I can see, no, they do not have eggs in them.

My guess is that they don't.

Check the ingredients list, and check to make sure it doesn't say "Manufactured in the same plant as products made with Eggs" or whatever.

But, I'm fairly certain M&Ms don't have eggs in them.

Here are the ingredients for peanut M&M's:

Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Skim Milk, Lactose, Milkfat, Peanuts, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Artificial Flavors), Sugar, Peanuts, Cornstarch, Less than 1% - Corn Syrup, Gum Acacia, Coloring (Includes Red 40 Lake, Blue 2 Lake, Blue 1 Lake, Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Red 40, Blue 1, Blue 2, Yellow 5 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake), Dextrin

Regular M&M's:

Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Skim Milk, Milkfat, Lactose, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Artificial Flavors), Sugar, Cornstarch, Less than 1% Corn Syrup, Dextrin, Coloring (Includes Blue 1 Lake, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Red 40, Blue 1, Blue 2 Lake, Yellow 6 Lake, Yellow 5 Lake, Blue 2), Gum Acacia.


So no, they do not have eggs in them.

It depends on the recipe they use for the chocolate. The simplest way to check is to get a bag of M&Ms and check the ingredients on the back.
