not for dating. but if you two have sex and then the younger one gets pregnant it is illegal. He/She can be charged of rape and don't worry that much about it because i know someone who is 19 and is dating a 14 year old. But you have to be very careful.

But, some judges may see kissing or holding hands or even hugging as too much, and charge the 18 year old with Statutory Rape.
But, as long as you keep it PG, and don't have sex, you should be good.

Well, of course to your parents, they will totally agree but yet, to teenagers that are in that situation, no.
Technically it's not, but there are limitations that can have the 16 year old or the parents of the 16 year old to press charges against the 18 year old.
