For jobs at your age, some companies can hire you, such as Kroger.. I know they hire minors frequently. But check your minor labor laws and contact HR for more information.
Otherwise, my first job was in babysitting. I don't know if you're into that, but gosh, you make some good money.
There are all kinds of community work available. I would definitely find something you're interested in, and put it in the paper. Maybe dog-walking, or house-sitting, or lawn mowing?

I am only 15, no body wants me to work for them. So I started googling everywhere online and I found this site called cashcrate? I had never heard of it, and the first month in starting I was very skeptical so I tried very little to make minimum payout (the 20$ you need to get your check sent), and without effort I did it! And to my surprise, the check came in the mail. Now I am getting more than 20 $ a month by doing these surveys, you can also play games to get points! :)
