What is the fastest way to loose some weight within a couple of weeks, with no equipment? I have been wanting to get more fit this summer. I know I'm not fat, but I want to be more athletic. Please and Thank you!

There is also many parks that have trails, and every so much there is a exercise, and it explains how to do it & for how long. I think that's a good idea.
Last but not least, there's videos, exercising videos. & studies show that they actually work. You can also choose from all the different ones, for example the ones you like.
