What is the fastest way to loose some weight within a couple of weeks, with no equipment? I have been wanting to get more fit this summer. I know I'm not fat, but I want to be more athletic. Please and Thank you!

I don't know much about exercising, but you should definitely watch your diet. Chew more slowly, and sip water between bites. Instead of reaching for junk food or a dessert, try fruits or veggies. Instead of a milkshake, go for a fruit smoothie. Good luck!

Swimming.

Swimming laps is one of the best full body workouts you can do. Find an Olympic pool and spend an hour swimming back and forth. You'll be bone tired and its a great way to work all of yourself out.

There's many things you can do with no equipment & still stay in shape. For exaple, running, taking walks, sit ups, crunches & so on.

There is also many parks that have trails, and every so much there is a exercise, and it explains how to do it & for how long. I think that's a good idea.


Last but not least, there's videos, exercising videos. & studies show that they actually work. You can also choose from all the different ones, for example the ones you like.
