If both me and my boyfriend have never been sexually active(which is a known fact) can either of us contract an STD if we don't use a condom? Also I'm on the pill. For the birth control bit.

Still, it's free to get tested at your local Planned Parenthood clinic. Nothing wrong with being safe and taking a test just to erase any chance of worries. [ uberlou's advice column | Ask uberlou A Question ]

Either way, there's always a risk without condoms if your not 100% sure. fyi, the pill is not 100%, nor are condoms. [ j-san's advice column | Ask j-san A Question ]
motorcklchix answered Wednesday June 10 2009, 4:18 am: Yes. It is possible to contract an STD. STD's don't ALWAYS happen with sex. Some people can be born with STD's from passing through the birth canal. Also, if either one of you have cold sores in your mouth, that is called herpes simplex type 1. Once you have this virus, it will always stay with you. Just to be safe, both of you should go to your local clinic and get checked for any/all STD's.
