The Children's Ministry at your local church. It's like babysitting, but in a church. You'll probably only have the ability to work on Sundays, but it's better than nothing.

Not really. Most places don't hire until about 16 or 17 depending on the place. Some places even wait to hire until someone is 18.
Your best bet for right now is just to do some extra work around the house, or babysit. You still have a few years until you can get a real job.

No. The earliest you can get a job is at 15 and 15 1/2 sorry. i know its hard but maybe you can mow the lawn or baby sit!
