Ok so i still am in love with my ex and he doesnt know it ,but he has a girlfriend and she lives soo far away , but he talks to her on the phone all the time

I agree with Laura below; he has a girlfriend, and no matter how far away she lives, he has to have some type of feelings for her.
So unless he breaks off the relationship, or she does, stay away from it. It's rude to intrude.

He might still love her but there is no way of telling unless you ask him. Talk to him and ask him how he feels about her. And after talking for a while (if it feels right) ask him how he feels about you.
Most likely if she lives far away they wont last for long. Long distance relationships are just too hard, so i wouldnt worry too much!

If he is with her even though she lives far away then I am sure he really cares about her. Love? I personally do not know him so I would not know. I am sorry but he is with this girl so you may want to find someone else. Maybe if/when they break up you can tell him how you feel. Just do not try to tear him apart from his girlfriend. I know it is hard to get over and I am not saying to, you can not control your feelings but just do not stress over it. If it does not happen then you two are not meant to be :( If you need anything else let me know :)
