People have gotten pregnant without having sex...but by scientific means.
Parthenogenesis, which means virgin creation, is an asexual form of reproduction.
It has never happened naturally in humans.
Also, it depends on your beliefs on virginity. If you think that you lose your virginity doing any sexual act, then most likely not.
If you think that you lose it your first consentual act, then in cases of rape you could consider yourself a virgin and be pregnant. (Not that I'm saying this is the case, purely hypothetical)
If you mean the hymen breaking, then you have a better chances of a plane crashing on your house on your birthday, and having a heart attack right before it happens.
