Well when your that age you have a thing for "bad boys" i promise you will learn that bad boys really arent as cool as they seem. But...
Just talk to him, text him ask him about music and movies and hobbies. Then as you get to know each other, start flirting with him and then be like "so who you liking" and then carry on the convo from there.

Well, first off if he is a bad boy then you should stay away from him. Bad boys are bad news and most end up not caring about you. I know from experience.
But if you really want to try and get to know him then the most you can do is just the next time you see him is go up to him and say "hi" and take it from there. Good luck!

If he's a bad boy, you are probably best staying away from him. From experience, bad boys will just break your heart and don't care how you feel. I still like bad boys but I wish I didn't. If you really want to speak to this guy then just smile and say "Hi" next time you see him.
